I have updated my ship display screens.

1. They now pass parameters between them. So if you use NAV2 to plan a trip from Earth to Tycho, it passes the info to DYN for you to plan the burns.
2. NAV2 has a star filled background.
3. DYN has new gauge displays of fuel use etc.
4. They display the editable ship name at the top right
