This uses data from the JPL Horizons system to display the Expanse solar system in 1 July 2351.
Choose the From and To objects and it will calculate the distance between them and the trip time, assuming a burn-flip-burn using the selected acceleration.
I had to guess at some object positions:
Anderson Station - opposite Ceres.
Tycho Station - at one of the Ceres L4/L5 lagrange points.
There should be a way to get the page to interrogate the Horizons API to get data for any time, but I have not been able to get it to work successfully yet (20221016).
